Fiskars produces a wide range of tools for a multitude of different jobs around the yard. This is another one of my favourite choices. The PowerGear loppers. This handy little set of 18″ bypass loppers is very lightweight, easy to use and very tough.
They are perfect for people with limited strength, small jobs and even for older kids who are eager to help out. This is a good tool for younger kids too, but supervise them accordingly. This tool may be small and lightweight but still makes short work of all the unruly branches.
The best part of this tool is the unique PowerGear. This feature is unique to Fiskars and it multiplies your strength by 3x. This allows a person to easily cut through branches that one would not normally be able to cut through.
These loppers will easily cut branches up to 1.5″ in diameter. I highly recommended this tool, once you try it out you’ll see just how handy and useful it is.
